Official Multi-Accounts are players who play from the same computer or who use the same network (e.g. in a company). Those players have to be unlocked by an administrator, otherwise they get banned all the time. To be unlocked, it's best to send a support query or to directly address any Administrator/Moderator.

You only get unlocked for the running game and for one server. So you have to contact the Administrative Team every time a server is restarted and if you play on more than only one server.

For official multis the following additional rules apply:
  1. If one multi-player is at war, none of his multi-partners may declare war against the same enemy.
  2. No wars against each other.
  3. No alliances with each other.
  4. No espionage actions against the same third person.
  5. Regardless of their status as official multis, they may not log into each other account.

Nonconformity may result in the suspension!
